Dawn of a new age for exhibitions it is time to move away from 30 year old aluminum shell-scheme.
This custom modular system is not to replace aluminium, but work with it and create a secondary shell option for budget exhibitors looking to stand out more, with out the cost of a shell-scheme design stand, or a fully custom stand.
This custom shell is defined the same as aluminium shell, it will not act as a fully custom stand and will stay as a standard hire stand with minimal accessories available.
One of the biggest mistakes a company can make is to jump into an event without enough forethought. It is important for exhibitors to understand that the success of any exhibitor reflects in the amount of prior planning.
Exhibiting can seem overwhelming and highly stressful, but the help you need is available.

Exhibitors who purchase exhibition floor space may utilise the supplier of their choice to design and build their stand. In most cases the organisers would offer a standard shell scheme, or space only for the clients to organise their own display stands, this is where an exhibition stand builder (ACE Exhibitions) comes in. We work together with you and directly with the organisers.
The exhibitor should provide the stand builder with a comprehensive brief which should include:
- The objectives of the stand
- The target market
- The theme they require to present their brand
- All information relating to the products / services which are going to be displayed.
- Areas they require, store room, reception counter, lounging areas etc.
- Floor plan, and any restrictions of the space, weight, height etc.
- Furniture required
NOTE: The organiser would be able to supply you with plans and restrictions.

Register and book your stand with the organiser. 6 -Months to the Exhibition
Now is the time to select a reputable stand-builder.
Provide your stand builder with a brief of your requirements / objectives. 4 -Months to the Exhibition
Agree and finalise your stand design
Get everything ready that you are going to need at your show : accessories, staff, products, brochures, catering 3 -Months to the Exhibition
Provide the stand builder with the final artwork for your sign-age, graphics and all required items

Costing guidelines are extremely difficult to do, as every stand is different.
We try our best with this as we know EVERYONE has a budget in mind and just want to know what that would get them.
Send us a budget and we will respond with a list of previous designs and prices we have recently quoted that fall within that same budget.

Fully Custom or Modular Custom?
Fully custom exhibitions stands are generally more appealing with unique displays, They can meet the exact needs of the brands display strategy. They also are the more expensive option, but with a fully custom stand, the client has the option of getting exactly what they want without any limitations.
Our true fully custom clients, are generally companies who are in huge competition with rival companies, and want their brand to stand out amongst the competition.
Modular custom exhibition stands are for both the small custom clients as well as the aluminium system clients, it is a more cost effective way of promoting ones brand.
Fully custom stands are not always viable for exhibitors, due to financial restrictions or the brand is not in need of an excessive amount of promotion.
With a modular custom stand you can basically achieve any design, with the majority being modular and special elements being custom made.
Our modular custom clients are generally companies who want the look of a professional custom display stand, for a more realistic price.
Can I re-use a fully custom stand?
This is not ideal, because to store an entire stand together with the cost to refurbish & reinstall will cost close to the price of an entirely new stand. However It is certainly possible for the client to keep their stand should they request it.
All our stands are quoted as rental.
Why do I need to provide a budget?
The budget influences the design, it assists the designers with available materials as well as restrictions they need to keep to.
To request a design & quotation from us, we require you to supply us with a budget.
What is the time it takes to construct a stand?
This depends on the detail of your stand, a large simple stand can take just a week to manufacture and a day to install, while a small intricate stand can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. It all comes back to the design.
We recommend a 1 month lead time, to allow for trouble shooting purposes.
Do you offer graphic design work?
We do have graphic designers who are contracted to us, but this service is not inclusive in the exhibition packages. Graphic preparation and application are inclusive.
What formats should the graphics be in?
Artwork must be submitted in a print ready format, either high-res JPEG or PDF.
Logo needs to be submitted in a vector format.
All artwork needs to be submitted 10 working days before build up
ACE wont be responsible for any pix-elated printed graphics, purely because we don't construct the graphics
ACE wont be responsible for any colour mismatches unless a colour swatch is provided with graphics.
What certificates do I require?
We supply you with your engineering certificate
Certificate of compliance
Council sign off's.
